Cardz TV 3D DT Challenge "Tag You're It"

Hello my crafty friends and Happy Black Friday!  I hope you and yours had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Today starts another challenge over at Cardz TV.  Our challenge is to create 3 tags for Christmas.  We can all use those at this time of year.

For the tree tag and Santa tag, I used Cardz TV stamp set "Tiny Tidings."  For the "from one Flake to another!, I used the "Snow Day" set.  I love these stamps!  There are so many fun ones for Christmas.  For the tree, I used the Stampin' Up! tree punch, the bows were punched with a new EK Success punch.  For the Santa tag I used an EK Success small banner punch, and the Stampin' Up! banner punch.  Santa is a sticker from Doodlebug.  The snowman is a stamp from a stamp set I found at Michaels on clearance.  I punched the top with a 3" scallop circle punch from EK Success.

Now it's your turn!  Just create 3 tags for Christmas.  You have until noon EST Thursday December 11th.  Mary will be giving away a set of her stamps to the winner.  I hope you join us, I would love to see what you create!  Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope to hear from you.  Have a safe and wonderful weekend!

Lots of Hugs,

CTVS 3D DT Challenge "Just For You"

Hello my crafty friends and happy Friday!  Today starts another challenge over at Cardz TV.  Mary gave our 3-D DT a challenge to make a Christmas gift card holder.  Can you believe Christmas is next month????  I usually make a lot of gift card holders every year.  Sometimes it's easier to give a gift card to that hard to shop for person.

For my gift card holder I used the Cardz TV Stamps set "Very Merry" for the "Something for your stocking!"  The "Merry Christmas!" came from the "Tiny Tidings" set.  These sets contain many wonderful sentiments for your holiday projects.  When you open this gift card holder, the top flap pulls up the gift card.  I made it using an EK Success Envelope Punch Board.   Here's a tutorial I found.  The paper came from a 6 x 6 paper pad from Doodlebug.  I used a Fiskars punch for the stocking, a 3-inch scallop circle punch from EK Success, scallop oval punch, small oval punch, word window punch, modern label punch from Stampin' Up!

Now it's your turn to make one.  Just create a Christmas gift card holder, head on over to Cardz TV and add your project.  You have until Noon November 27th to enter.  Mary will be giving away a set of her amazing stamps to the winner.  I can't wait to see what you create!

Thanks so much for stopping by, I would really love to hear from you!  I hope you have a safe and warm wonderful weekend!  Here around the castle it has been very cold.  Brrrr

Lots of Hugs,
