Anything Goes Cardz TV DT Challenge

Happy Friday my friends!  I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  We here at the castle had a fabulous Thanksgiving.  I'm still full!  I'll have to have a slice of peanut butter pie tomorrow.  Lol.

It's time for another Anything Goes Cardz TV DT challenge!  Christmas is quickly approaching!  Time flies!  I've been so busy making Christmas treat holders.  Gotta start early so I can get cards made, right?  For my treat holder I had to use the Cardz TV "Snow Buddies" set because they are just so cute!  And of course I had to give him a Santa hat! For the sentiment I used the "Home for Christmas" stamp set.  Sooo many fun sentiments!  The papers are from Stampin' Up! as well as the stamps for the Santa hat and punch.  As for the box, I made this by hand not machine.  At the time of this posting, I forgot to take some pictures for dimensions.  I will try to have them by Monday with this being Thanksgiving weekend.  So please be patient.

So what do you think?  Want to get in on the fun?  I sure hope so.  It's super simple.  Just create ANYTHING!  Add it to Mary's Blog before noon EST December 8th.  I can't wait to see what you create!  Also, don't forget to stop by the blogs of my DT sisters for more inspiration!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  I would really love to hear from you!  Have a fabulous weekend!

"My Guy" Cardz TV Cardz TV Challenge #10 Day 2

Welcome back to day 2 of the "My Guy" Cardz TV Challenge!  For my day 1 project, please scroll down to yesterdays post.  My daughter wants to give her father a tin sort of like the one's I gave for Mother's Day.  Well the one's I had found for those had flowers on them.  I knew those wouldn't do.  At Bennion's Crafts (a local craft store) I found these metal tins.  I used the same double sided paper to decorate it and for the Hershey Nuggets.  I put some brown ribbon around the lid.  For the sentiments, I used the Cardz TV  Stamps set "Father's Day."  For the blue ribbon I used the Stampin' Up! scallop circle punch and the 1 1/4 circle punch.  I just cut some strips of matching paper and notched the ends with a corner punch.  For the sentiments I used Paris Dusk Memento ink.

The Challenge over at Cardz TV is still going on through tomorrow night.  I hope you are up for this challenge and enter.  You have until Midnight EST to make a card or other project for Father's Day or a masculine Birthday card.  Easy peasy right?  Then head on over to Cardz TV and add a photo of your project into Mr. Linky with a link to your blog.  Mary will be using random.org to pick a winner.  She will announce the winner on Monday June 11th.  She is giving away a set of Cardz TV stamps, WINNER'S CHOICE!

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I would really love to hear from you!

Lots of Hugs,

Halloween Candy Boxes

Here are some Halloween treat boxes I made.  The papers are from different Recollections packs.  The ribbons are from Michaels.  The stamp is from last years $1 stamps from Michaels.  The spider is a Studio G mini punch.  The box is from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More.  They were cut at 3 1/4 inches with the Blackout feature on to fit the length of the Hershey mini bar.  I found there was room on the side so I put a couple of Hershey Nuggets.  They all fit perfectly together.  I love them!  I'm thinking of making about 30 for my daughter's 3rd grade class.  Hope everyone is having a great Monday!  Thanks for stopping by!
