If Friends Were Flowers
Hello my crafty friends! If you are looking for my "Luck of the Irish" CTVS Design Team Challenge CLICK HERE I recently purchased the new Creative Cards cartridge. I love it! Different card bases, layers, and envelopes. So awesome. I LOVE different folded cards so I just had to make this tri-fold card. I cut it out at 5 1/4 inches for all of the layers. I used some Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distressed ink on the flowers. The sentiment is from the Cardz TV Stamps set "Think Spring." On the white mat with the flower, I used the Modern Wallpaper Cuttlebug folder. The card base paper was purchased from a local craft store called Bennion Crafts. I just love that store! Did I mention it's only 2 -3 minutes away?
I hope Spring is really on it's way soon. I'm ready for green grass, beautiful flowers, and warmer temperatures. I will definitely be making more cards with this cartridge. I hope you are having a blessed Sunday. Thanks for stopping by and I would really love to hear from you!
Lots of Hugs,
Laura

I love tri-fold cards and yours is absolutely the reason why. It's gorgeous! I love the papers you used, and that flower is so pretty and really "pops" on that beautiful embossed background. Great job, my friend.

I absolutely LOVE how you used this cartridge to create this card as well as the one with the bird cage! Did the poppy cuts and the bird cage cuts come on this Cartridge? I really did not think that I needed it...hmmm I may have to reconsider!
