Cardz TV 3D DT "Spring" Challenge

Happy Friday my crafty friends!  Today starts another challenge for our 3D DT.  The challenge is to create a 3D project for Spring.  I've been so ready for Spring!  I love to see the flowers blooming up everywhere.  So for my project I made this different version of a Box Card that my friend showed me how to make.  I did change up the measurements for the panels.   For the sentiments I used the Cardz TV Stamps set "Think Spring."  This is a fun set for Spring.

The patterned paper is from Imaginisce, the pink colored paper is Strawberry Slush, and the base is Bo Bunny Sunflower Double Dot paper.  The flowers were stamped and punched using the Petite Petals bundle from Stampin' Up.  I used the Little Leaves Sizzlits from Stampin Up for the stems.  I punched the butterfly with the Stampin Up Bitty Butterfly punch.  I used the Fiskars grass edge punch for the grass.  For the clouds I used the Cloudy Day embossing folder from Stampin' Up, and the Vine Street embossing folder from Stampin' Up.  If you would like to make one of these fun cards, here is the VIDEO.

Now it's your turn.  Just create a 3D project for Spring.  Once your done, head on over to Mary's blog and add your project.  You have until Thursday May 1, 2014 to enter.  Mary will be giving away a set of her awesome stamps to the winner.  I hope you stop by the other DT ladies' blogs to see their fun Spring projects.  Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you leave a comment to let me know what you think.  Have a great weekend!

Lots of Hugs,
Laura
