Celebrate July 4th



Happy 4th of July my crafty friends!  I hope you have a safe and wonderful holiday!  I just love Independence Day!  I love red, white, and blue.  I'm proud to have served in the United States Navy, and am thankful for all of the active duty military currently serving to ensure our freedom, and all of the Veterans who served as well.  I hope you celebrate with family and friends today.  Here at the castle we are going to have a BBQ.  Lots of good food!

Now onto my card.  I'm not exactly what to call this card.  I guess a pop-up card.  A good friend of mine shared with me quite a while ago.  So I finally got around to it.  The blue paper and the bottom piece are from Doodlebug.  The striped paper was from my stash.  I used the Cardz TV Stamps set "Good Times" for the "Celebrate."  On the inside I used the "Happy Days" set.  I used my favorite EK Success corner punch.  The star was punched using a punch I've had for a very long time.

    What a neat card Laura! I love the shape of it and I love the papers you have used!! So festive too! Thanks for your service to our country Laura, I think our military is just awesome as you know! lol Have a wonderful and safe 4th!! Lots of hugs!
