"Mom's the Word" Cardz TV Blog Hop

Welcome to the "Mom's the Word" Cardz TV Blog Hop!  I'm so glad you stopped by.  If you came from Karen's Blog you are headed in the right direction.  The theme for this Blog Hop is to create a card or other project for Mother's Day.    For my project I made a Card Box.  For the two sentiments I used the Cardz TV Stamp set "Mother's Day."

I bought the paper at Bennion Crafts here in Utah.  It's from Echo Park.  For the flourishes on the sides, I used an EK Success punch.  For the side borders I used a Martha Stewart border punch.  The flower on the inside came from a K & Company pack.  It's 3D with foam tape on the back.  For the scalloped circle frames, I used a Nestabilities die.  I ran the bellyband through my Fiskars crimper.  I stapled the bellyband with my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher.  I love that tool!

Speaking of the Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher, I am giving one away as my blog candy!  All you have to do to be entered is be a follower of the Queens Card Castle and leave me a comment.  Easy peasy!  I would really love to hear from you.  The winner will be announced on Monday, May 7th.

Now over at Mary's Blog, she is giving away two sets of Cardz TV Stamps, WINNER'S CHOICE!  So I hope you stop by her blog and leave her a comment to be entered into the drawing.  You have until Midnight EST, Sunday May 6th.  She will announce the winner on Monday, May 7th.  I hope you stop by all of our blogs for some awesome inspiration.  Below I have the line-up.  Next up on the hop is my wonderful friend Lynn's Blog.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I will have another card posted on Sunday so I hope you come back to check it out.  Have an awesome day!
